All four golfers play in the same foursome. Each golfer plays their own ball. The team competition exists around normal individual stroke play.

Fairway Wars is designed to make competitive rounds more accountable through participant-owned scores, opponent verification, and structured results. Open disputes should keep a result from being treated as finalized.
